Automatic refunds

If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, the order is cancelled and the full price is returned to your balance automatically.

Manual cancellation

You can cancel a waiting number from your dashboard; the amount is returned immediately.

Received codes

Once an SMS code has been delivered, the order is considered completed and is not refundable.

Balance top-ups

Unused balance can be refunded to the original payment method on request within 14 days of payment, minus payment provider fees. Contact support@ilovesms.com.tr.
