BUYER: the person who creates an account on iLoveSMS and tops up a balance, identified by the name, email and phone provided during registration and payment.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale of a prepaid digital service balance on iLoveSMS and the SMS verification (virtual number) service used with that balance.

3. Service and price

The service consists of assigning a temporary virtual phone number for the selected service and country and displaying the verification SMS received on that number to the Buyer. The balance is held in USD; the current price of each number is shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Shopier by credit/debit card; the Seller never sees or stores card details.

4. Delivery

The balance is credited instantly after payment confirmation. Numbers are assigned instantly upon purchase; the SMS waiting period is 20 minutes. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly are excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, numbers that receive no SMS are refunded to the balance automatically, and unused balance is refunded to the original card on request to support@ilovesms.com.tr within 14 days of payment, minus payment provider fees (see Refund Policy).

6. Obligations

The Buyer agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms and not for fraud, spam or unlawful purposes. The Seller may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Disputes

Disputes are handled by the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts competent under the law applicable to the Buyer.

8. Entry into force

The Buyer electronically confirms before payment that they have read and accepted this agreement and the pre-contractual information; the agreement enters into force upon this confirmation.
