What is an SMS verification number?
It is a temporary virtual phone number that receives one-time passwords (OTP) so you can verify an account without using your personal SIM.
How much does a number cost?
Prices depend on the service and country and start from $0.15. You see the exact price before buying.
What happens if the code does not arrive?
If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and the full amount is returned to your balance. You can also cancel earlier yourself.
How long can I use the number?
Each number is reserved for you for 20 minutes to receive verification codes. It is meant for one-time activation, not long-term use.
How do I top up my balance?
Go to Top up, enter an amount and pay securely by debit or credit card through Shopier. The balance is added immediately after payment.
Can I receive more than one SMS?
Yes. While the number is active, new codes sent to it appear in your dashboard.
Do you have an API?
Yes. iLoveSMS offers a REST JSON API and an SMS-Activate compatible endpoint, so existing software works by changing the URL and key.
Is it legal to use virtual numbers?
Using virtual numbers for privacy and account verification is legal in most countries. You must follow the rules of each service and must not use numbers for fraud or spam.
